Spotlight on our community partners for the 2025 TEDxTinHau Women Event

TEDxTinHau Women not only aims to showcase ideas that inspire change, but bring to the forefront our communities that make change possible.

We want to introduce you to three incredible community partners whose work uplifts and empowers the communities we care about most. These organizations are changemakers, just like our incredible speakers, and we’re proud to stand alongside them for this year’s event.

Diversity Hub Hong Kong

Our History, Our Belonging, Our Story

In a city as vibrant and diverse as Hong Kong, inclusion isn’t a value but a necessity. Diversity Hub Hong Kong works tirelessly to create safe spaces for marginalized communities, championing equity through education, advocacy, and connection. From corporate workshops to grassroots initiatives, they’re shifting the conversation from tolerance to true belonging.

At TEDxTinHau Women, we’re proud to welcome Diversity Hub as they amplify voices that often go unheard, and to celebrate the richness that comes from embracing difference.

Habitat for Humanity Hong Kong

A world where everyone has a decent place to live.

Habitat for Humanity Hong Kong believes that everyone deserves a safe place to call home. Their work involves construction and repair, housing justice, disaster recovery, and building community resilience. Whether rebuilding after a crisis or advocating for policy change, they’re laying the foundation for a more equitable future.

As a TEDxTinHau Women community partner, Habitat for Humanity reminds us that shelter is not just a need, but a basic human right.

The New Normal Hong Kong

If there’s one, there’s two

Mental health is often overlooked, especially in moments of loss. The New Normal Hong Kong is changing that by creating safe, supportive spaces for people navigating grief and mental health challenges. Through peer-led conversations, workshops, and advocacy, they’re breaking the stigma and building a culture of compassion.

TEDxTinHau Women is honored to have The New Normal at our event, to introduce healing as a collective journey rather than a sole endeavour.
