Are you wondering how the speakers at the 2023 TEDxTinHau Women event looked so confident and glamorous on stage? Well, we have a secret to share – the TEDxTinHau Women Glam Squad! Our Personal Stylist, Amanda Leigh Style, who curated and led a team of talented makeup artists, hair stylists and designers working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure that each speaker and member of the leadership team felt their absolute best and were able to take the stage with confidence and radiance authentically.

Months of hard work went into preparing for the event, and alongside countless hours of speech preparation and logistics planning, we also partnered with some incredible brands and designers, including  Frey,  Emma Wallace, Alice + Olivia, Nishita Fine Jewelry, Studio Ingrid Burgos, Style Carousel,  Jantzen Tailor, Novel Fineries, Kitdo, HK Model camp, Kristina Tru Diamonds and Hula. Through this community we created a polished and flawless look for each speaker and our leadership team, emphasizing individual style but also complementing their talks to make the ideas even more impactful.

To complete the look, our makeup artists consulted with each speaker to understand their preferences and to match the style they wanted to achieve. From subtle enhancements to bold, statement-making looks, our makeup artists, Wish Beauty Bar, Absolu Pure by Patrick Henri, Upasana Make-up and Hair and Leticia Bishop Beauty along with Hair Stylist, Emmanuel F, Glow Salon and Hair by Anna Kay were able to create a range of looks that helped each speaker feel their absolute best.
